Tentative Estimate
This portal asks a few work-related questions from you that will direct you for labour cost calculation at the portal. After that, you will get an estimate of your work with tentative labour (subject to applicable terms and conditions described on the portal). The prevailing rates in this portal are based upon market trial and research.
Telephonic Verification
Post to labour estimation, you will receive a call from call centre team who will verify your requirement and will schedule an appointment for site visit.
Site Visit
Our contractor and technical personnel’s approach you as per appointment scheduled, they physically verify the details mentioned on portal, then evaluate the actual labour cost estimation. The labour estimation is always tentative. Final labour cost is subject to actual work being done during construction. Apart of that they will explain all the technical criteria involved.
Online Guidance and Support
In case of any technical guidance or support, Customer may contact our technical helpdesk………………. they will be provided 2 free consultations from our technical team, after that consultation will be chargeable @ Rs.200/-each consultation.
Physical support or Meeting
Customer may approach us for physical support also. They can schedule an appointment with our technical team by calling us at 1234561236. A trained engineer will visit at the site and resolve the queries.
Consultation visit fee will be 1,000/- to 2000/-, It depends upon the distance from our office at Ghaziabad. The visit charges will be informed during scheduling the visit.
The labour cost calculated by multiplication of slab area (in Sq Ft). Slab Area will include Balcony areas and open grill.
In case of multi-floor building, the slab/Linter area of all floors should be entered for correct calculation. For Example: you are planning a 3-storey building with a slab/Linter of 1000 sq. ft each floor, the slab area should be considered 3000 sq. ft.
The charges for the stairs slab area will be 1.5 times of normal slab rates.

Exclusion in labour rates at portal:
Geographical/natural object like any canal, sewerage line, tree/pillar, or other surrounding objects,
commercial projects like factory or warehouse.
Building exterior and front wall plaster, Charges as follows:
Up to 3rd floor – Rs.25- sq. ft.
After 3rd floor – Rs. 40/- sq. ft.
Outer boundary wall, wall on the top of the slab, or other different brick and plaster tasks, applicable charges are as follows:
Excavation for the basement (Charges @ Rs. 55 per cubic meter).
Charges of electrician, tiling, plumbing tasks etc.
Building demolition charges
The suggested labour at portal is tentative and subjected to terms & conditions applicable.
The labour charges described by the portal is only for the standard work. Any designing work will be chargeable at applicable rate and will be inform after physical verification. If you want any specific design, you must share the pictures of the same with details.
The suggested labour rate at portal includes the 3-side exterior wall of 9'' and interior wall of 4.5''. if customer wants any interior wall also in 9'' it will be chargeable @ Rs. 20/-sq. ft. extra.
The suggested labour charges will consist of standard/straight stairs. If customer have additional requirement, they will have to share the pictures of the design and the project details. The service providers will provide the costs labour charges accordingly.
In case of plaster work portal suggested labour will include windows and doors only, any curve shapes of the cemented wardrobe and other curve areas will be considered at final measurement and will be chargeable additionally.

Question 1 : How will I make the payment of my complete project?
Answer: Website provides the tentative labour of your project subject to applicable terms and conditions. On the first visit of service providers, they will cross verify the details filled by you in the portal and inform the final actual labour of your project and will settle steps of jobs and percentage (%) of payment in below mentioned format.

After settlement of labour, the company asks for a 20% advance security deposit. This amount will be kept with the company till the project completion and would adjust in the last & final payment of the project. Company keeps this amount as a security deposit & settlement purposes during the project.
Customers can release the rest 80% payment to the service providers as per the decided steps of work. Security deposit of 20% will be adjusted at the end & finalization of project.
Question 2: What if After physical inspection, I am not satisfied with the provided labour charges or anything else and I want to deny to proceed ahead.
Answer: Yes absolutely, no issue. If you are not satisfied and you want to deny to give the approval, in that case only minimum visit charges @200/- would be chargeable and the lead will be closed.
Question 3: What if I want to add or remove any work during the running project. Am I able to revise my job & labour during the running project?
Answer: Yes, website has an option to add or remove the work and re-design the total labour, so no worry about work and payment fluctuation during the job.
Question 4: What if, the work holds from the customer end due to any trouble like financial, payment arrangement, office/job troubles, health issues of someone in my know.
Answer: In case of any pre-known troubles like financial, payment arrangements, office/job troubles etc. Customers are highly advised to inform the company/service providers before 7 days of trouble arrives so that the company can search new work for the service providers and can accordingly manage their schedule. In the hold days of service providers, they lost their productivity and outcome. In that hold period service providers are unable to accept any new job and if they leave the previous site un-complete, previous customers also blame them and its book the loss of service providers. Hence, If customers ignore this guideline and do not give the advance intimation, minimum charges of Rs. 500/- per day for technician and Rs. 250/- per day for helper would be chargeable for hold period only. These holding charges are applicable for regular/continuous work like construction work, flooring work, painting, POP etc. Part wise work like plumbing; electricians are not covered in this.
Customers are also advised to discuss with company/service providers if any financial trouble can arrive during the project at the first visit of service providers so that they can accordingly set up the steps of jobs & payment stages accordingly.
In case of any sudden issue like health related to the customer and in their know, the service provider/company will ask from the customer for how many days the work can be on hold. If the hold days exceed more than 3 days, the service providers are authorized to leave the site and take a new booking. Minimum charges for hold are not applicable for those 3 days.
Question 5:What if my work holds due to government holidays like Diwali, Holi, Rakhsabandhan, Eid, Lohri, Christmas etc.
Answer: Big festivals like Diwali, Holi, Rakshabandhan, 2 October, 15 August, 26 January for hindues , choti&badi Eid for muslims& Christmas for christens would not count in hold days. Any government restrictions like curfew, lockdown etc. will not count in hold days.
Question 6:What if my work holds due to non-availability of working flow at site?
Answer: In case of non-availability of working flow at site, minimum holding charges on per day basis are not applicable.
Question 7: What if my work holds from the service provider’s end?
Answer: If work holds from service provider’s end or service providers stopped giving response to the customer, company will wait for 5 working days of the service provider. In that period company will try to establish the connection with service provider. If connection established and service provider start responding to the company/customer, company will ask the reason of non response, if reason found genuine/considerable, company will re-start the work with the prior approval of customer. If service providers do not give the response or an untraceable, the company will appoint new service providers on that site after 5 working days, such type of non-responsive activity will give a negative impact on the previous service provider performance.
Question 8: In case of any part work, how will my labour settle and how will i get my balance refund if any?
Answer: If the work stopped in middle and part payment needs to be settled, In that case if working service provider is in contact with us, company representative will conduct a visit with working service provider at customer site and would settle the labour in consideration of all the parties (customer, service provider & company representative). If the working service provider is not in contact with the company, our representative will only visit the customer's site and settle the labour. Except settled labour balance payment will be refunded to the customer in 7 working days.
Question 9: What if I have a shortage of funds and I want any part work, is there any procedure for that?
Answer: Yes there is a procedure for that also and it has explained in work terms and conditions. You can check the same from there.
