REFUND POLICY

Asaan Homes, having its physical office address at Shop no. 121, Ten Singh Palace, Rakesh Marg, Ghaziabad 201001 (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction. This Refund Policy shall be read with the Terms and Conditions mentioned on the website.

REFUND

Asaan Homes provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where work needs to be stopped in the middle, and part payment needs to be settled. To address such situations, we have formulated the following refund policy:

If the working service provider is in contact with the Company:

  1. In the event that work is halted and a part payment has been made, our Company representative will coordinate with the customer and the working service provider.

  2. A visit will be arranged with the working service provider at the customer's site.

  3. During the visit, all parties involved, including the customer, service provider, and Company representative, will discuss and reach an agreement regarding the settlement of labour costs.

  4. The settled labour amount will be deducted from the part payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

If the working service provider is not in contact with the Company:

  1. If the service provider is unreachable or unresponsive, our Company representative will visit the customer's site independently.

  2. During the visit, the Company representative will assess the completed work, evaluate the labour involved, and determine a fair settlement amount.

  3. The settled labour amount will be deducted from the part payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

The settlement of labour costs will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, taking into consideration the interests of all parties involved. If the labour costs have been settled, only the remaining balance, after deducting the settled labour amount, will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date of the agreement or the Company representative's visit. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
